This quick and easy dinner party starter recipe is one of my go to favorites for when you’re entertaining last minute. It also doubles as a deliciously indulgent lunch.
With only 3 key ingredients it’s incredibly easy to assemble. This baby is the type of recipe where the quality of ingredients does all the talking.
Under less than 5 minutes to assemble, then simply throw in the oven! Your guests will think you’ve been slaving away. Little will they know.

Foolproof Grilled Peaches and Goats Cheese

  • 1-2 ripe organic Peaches per person.
  • Organic Goats Cheese
  • Local Honey
  • Black pepper
  • Optional- chopped Walnuts or Hazelnuts
  • Green herbs to garnish
  • Method: 5 mins prep, 10-15 mins cooking time

    1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees
    2. Simply slice and deseed the Peaches.
    3. Add to a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes.
    3. Add Goats Cheese in the cavity where the seed was. Season with Black Pepper.
    4. Return to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden.
    5. Finely drizzle with Honey, garnish with nuts and herbs. Serve!
