Cravings for Chocolate Brownies?
With millions of chocolate brownie recipes out there, which one do you choose?
I pulled together this recipe, after spending a couple of hours researching blogs, “top chef recipes” newspaper articles and I’d say they taste like one some of the finest brownies I’ve ever tasted.
A little bit about me! I’m more of a cook than a baker, and a healthy cook at that. Call it pregnancy cravings, but on Monday morning, I just knew I had to bake brownies!
When it comes to my baking style, even though I’m a Brit, I love using “cups” for my measurements. I find it a bit less intimidating than measuring out your ingredients on a digital scale. Frankly, I hate the requirement in baking, that you need to be extremely precise. My style is more throw it in, and see how it tastes… Which doesn’t always work out when it comes to baking!
If you’re anything like me, and like a fast and easy baking- a great one to do with the kids- this is the recipe for you.
These rich, decedent brownies are made with the finest quality ingredients, and in no way taste artificial.
It takes approximately 10 mins to prepare the mixture, perfect for those with a busy schedule.
Get baking and enjoy! Try not to eat them all like me! 🙂 I think I’ve consumed about 8 brownies in the past 24 hours! (I’m meant to be gaining weight! haha!)
