Our take on a Rainbow theme party

Birthday Cake ideas – Rainbow theme party

Doesn’t this cake look divine? It tasted just as good too thanks to Chapel Allerton’s famous Sunshine Bakery. Beauty is not just skin deep though – we cut inside to reveal a multi-coloured layered centre.

Party Decoration Ideas – Rainbow theme party

We loved how these balloons filled the room – and were super entertaining for the babies! Tipis, bean bags and soft rugs also made a safe and child-friendly area for them too.

Absolutely loved this idea too – polaroid photos hung on the strings of rainbow coloured balloons – showing each baby after they were born and one year on – cute or what?!

Party Food and venue ideas – Rainbow theme party

We were lucky enough to host our party at one of my absolute favourite bars in Leeds – Belgrave Music Hall. This place is so effortlessly cool, I could spend every Sunday here devouring their deliciously fresh canteen-style food.

Those who read our blog often know – we LOVE food! We shared pizzas topped with French brie, caramelised onion, roasted red grapes, black pepper and smoked sea salt from the in-house Dough Boys Pizza Slice bar and Yorkshire steak mince burgers with these immense pork and cheese topped fries by the in-house Patty Smiths. Get ready for your mouth to start watering….
